Contact
Email is the fastest way to reach us: contact@booster-volume.com. We read everything, though we cannot always reply individually.
What is most useful to send
- Corrections
- If a menu path has moved or a described setting no longer exists, tell us which page and what you see instead. Include your OS or browser version if you can.
- Bug reports
- Your browser and version, the file type if relevant, and what happened compared with what you expected.
- Accessibility problems
- If a control is unreachable by keyboard or unclear with a screen reader, we treat that as a defect and want to know.
- Feature requests
- Particularly if there is something you expected the tool to do and it did not.
What to expect
We are a small operation, so replies are not instant and routine questions may not get an individual answer. Corrections and bug reports are read carefully because they change the site — an out-of-date menu path affects everyone who lands on that page, and we would rather hear about it from you than leave it wrong.
If your question is about how to make something louder rather than about the site itself, the troubleshooting section will usually get you there faster than waiting for an email. It is organised by symptom, so you can start from what you are hearing.
